FARRELL TOPHAM

Farrell is a native San Franciscan and has been supporting families through the childbearing year since 2010. Through her work as a birth doula, Farrell came to understand the huge gap in support and services for families during the postpartum period and chose to pursue a specialization in lactation and breastfeeding through UC San Diego.

As a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Farrell serves families experiencing breastfeeding and lactation challenges in the comfort of their own home through her private practice, and also in the pediatric clinic at Kaiser Permanente.

Farrell holds additional training in Craniosacral Therapy for Infants and enjoys working from a whole-body approach to infant feeding issues. Farrell is also passionate about the importance of prenatal preparation as a means to meeting breastfeeding goals, and teaches classes to expectant parents at St. Luke's, Kaiser, and Community Well. Farrell is especially honored to work with families in her LGBTQ community.
